This pork nam features our family recipe of Lao spices, along with delicious garnishes of gooseberry and chili pepper. This lends the sausage a sweet and spicy flavor that will brighten any Southeast Asian dish.
We love eating pork nam by itself with an ice-cold Beerlao or any lager-style beer. Pork sticks also make an excellent accompaniment for sticky rice.
